Read MoreThere are a lot of resources out there on leadership, but this one is uniquely tailored to help those in ministry. Bob draws upon his experiences as well as various resources to give practical and thoughtful tips and ideas in ministry. While noting some key skills and practices leaders need, Bob's approach helps think more deeply about the way God has wired the particular leader and how to lead in light of those strengths. The initial focus on boundaries and knowing oneself is something that all leaders need to hear but could especially help those who are starting in ministry be able to minister for the long haul. While helpful for those in their first years of leadership, those who have been leaders for a while and did a lot of study and reading on leadership will also benefit for the resources in this course.
